There are three marinas between 3-4 miles away (Mountain Cove Marina, Mountain Harbor Inn & Marina, and Lighthouse Pointe Marina). Each marina offers boat rentals, but only Mountain Harbor offers boat, kayak, and jet ski rentals. In addition, about 4 miles away you will find a sandy beach at the Douglas Dam Headwater Campground. Other reasons to visit this area include attractions in the Sevierville area (NASCAR SpeedPark Smoky Mountains = go carts, Tanger Outlet = shopping, Forbidden Caverns, Douglas Lakeview Stables).
